 Shipping (USA) 

• $4.00 flat rate for all orders.
• If you place an order that includes a back ordered DVD the rest of your order will be shipped immediately and the back ordered DVD will be shipped as soon as it is available

International Shipping

• $10.00 flat rate for all orders.
• Shipping times on international orders cannot be guaranteed.
• Money Orders and Checks are not accepted for international orders. Payment must be made by credit card.
• Need a currency converter?
• We do not ship internationally using FedEx or UPS.
• You are responsible for any customs duties charged by your country.

Returns

Opened DVDs can only be exchanged for the exact same item.

• You must contact us before returning any item.
• You must contact us within 30 days of placing your order.
• Please insure your return packages. We are not responsible for returned merchandise while it is in transit.

Wrong Merchandise
If we've sent you the wrong merchandise, returns are handled just like other returned merchandise.

Refunds
Items must be unopened in like-new condition, with all original packaging and contents.
